6 boneless pork chops
cracked black pepper n garlic powder to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
4 to 6 red potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
preheat oven to 350 degrees
season the pork chops with cracked black pepper n garlic powder.
dust seasoned pork chops lightly with flour.
heat oil in skillet on stove top n brown pork chops until golden brown.
drain pork chops on paper towels.
grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
spread the sliced potatoes across the bottom of the baking dish.
season the potatoes with cracked black pepper n garlic powder.
spread the chopped onions over the potatoes.
place the pork chops on top.
mix together the mushroom soup n milk.
pour over the top of the pork chops.
bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done.
